Returns and Cancellations
Standard Returns:

Returns are accepted for new or nearly new items.

Buyer is responsible for cost of shipping returns to MechaProautoequipment warehouse in the Us.

All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

Returns need to be authorized by a representative and fees prepaid by the buyer. To initiate a return, buyer needs to contact a customer service representative via our phone, email or contact page within 14 days of delivery.
Cancellations:
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible if you intend to cancel an order;

Orders cancelled within 24 hours: 100% refund

Orders cancelled beyond 24 hours but before warehouse dispatch: 90% refund.

Orders cancelled after warehouse dispatch: standard return policy apply.
Standard Refund Processing Time:

Returns: 7 business days after receiving of returned item.

Cancellation: 7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
Special Policy
Special Cancellation and Return Policy for Spray Booth, Polishing & Preparation Room and Customized Products:

Orders already in production can not be cancelled.

Completed orders cannot be returned due to the customization nature.
