Refund Policy - The Basics
Returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee & need to be authorized by a representative and prepaid by the buyer. Please contact a customer service representative to initiate a return.
Orders cancelled within 24 hours: 100% refund
Orders cancelled beyond 24 hours but before warehouse dispatch: 90% refund.
Orders cancelled after warehouse dispatch: standard return policy apply.
